This role is ideal for a sourcing professional who is passionate about finding exceptional candidates, building talent pipelines, and partnering with recruiters and hiring managers to meet critical hiring needs.\nKey Responsibilities\nSource and attract qualified candidates across technical and non-technical disciplines.\nDevelop and execute targeted sourcing strategies for active requisitions.\nConduct initial candidate outreach and phone screenings.\nBuild and maintain talent pipelines using professional networks, social media, and sourcing platforms.\nPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring priorities.\nSupport recruiting events, targeted hiring campaigns, and career fairs.\nMaintain accurate candidate records and sourcing activity within applicant tracking and CRM systems.\nLeverage market intelligence and sourcing data to provide recruiting insights and recommendations.\nRequired Qualifications\nMinimum of 2 years of sourcing and/or full-cycle recruiting experience.\nStrong experience sourcing passive candidates using tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, Juicebox, or similar platforms.\nExperience sourcing talent across engineering, technical, business, operations, supply chain, or related disciplines.\nExperience sourcing candidates requiring security clearances.\nStrong candidate engagement and screening skills.\nU.S. Citizenship Required.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.\nPrevious recruiting or sourcing experience within the aerospace and defense industry.\nWhy Apply?\nPlay a key role in shaping organizational growth by connecting top talent with impactful career opportunities.
