to enhance operational\nefficiency.\nAdvise senior management on financial strategies and risk management practices.\nEnsure the budgeting and forecasting processes align with organizational goals.\nEstablish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the reliability of financial reporting.\nGuide the finance team in resolving complex accounting issues and improving reporting processes.\nMonitor financial performance and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.\nEnsure compliance with tax regulations and liaise with external auditors during audits.\nGeneric:\nLead cross-functional teams to achieve financial objectives and improve reporting standards.\nOversee the integration of financial systems and tools to streamline operations.\nEstablish benchmarks for financial performance and monitor progress against targets.\nGuide the organization in adapting to changes in financial regulations and industry standards.\nCollaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organizational priorities.\nEnsure timely and accurate reporting to stakeholders, including the board of directors and investors.\nCOMMUNICATION & WORKING RELATIONSHIP:\nInternal:\nCollaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals.\nProvide regular updates to senior management on financial performance and key metrics.\nFacilitate training sessions for finance team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.\nExternal:\nCoordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\nRepresent the organization in financial discussions with investors and stakeholders.\nMaintain relationships with financial institutions and negotiate favorable terms for funding.\nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:\nMinimum Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.\nMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills\nMinimum of 8 years of experience in financial management and reporting.\nProfessional Certifications\npreferred CFA, CA, CPA or equivalent certification.\nCORE / TECHNICAL SKILLS:\nAs per the approved Competency
