Execution\nDesign and implement lower-funnel strategies across search, display, programmatic, and affiliate platforms to drive conversions and revenue growth.\nDevelop performance marketing frameworks that align with business objectives and ensure scalability across campaigns.\nCollaborate with internal teams to integrate performance marketing strategies into broader marketing initiatives.\nContinuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.\nEstablish clear KPIs and benchmarks for campaign success, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.\nCampaign Optimization & Analytics\nOptimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates using advanced analytics and attribution models.\nImplement multi-touch attribution and advanced matching tools in collaboration with data teams to improve measurement accuracy.\nLeverage first-party data and real-time optimization techniques to maximize campaign performance and ROI.\nConduct in-depth analysis of campaign results to identify insights and apply learnings to future initiatives.\nPrepare detailed performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.\nTechnology & Automation Management\nManage API integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms and maintain operational efficiency.\nLead automation initiatives to improve campaign scalability, reduce manual processes, and enhance performance.\nStay current with emerging ad tech solutions, platform updates, and industry best practices to maintain technical leadership.\nEvaluate and implement new tools and technologies that enhance targeting, bidding, and reporting capabilities.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal governance standards in all technology implementations.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with the Media Planning & Strategy Manager to ensure alignment across the full marketing funnel.\nPartner with analytics, data science, and technology teams to enhance attribution models and reporting accuracy.\nCollaborate with creative teams to ensure ad formats and messaging align with performance objectives.\nCoordinate with external vendors and agencies to execute campaigns effectively and achieve desired outcomes.\nFoster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing across marketing and digital teams.\nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nMinimum Qualification\nBachelor’s degree in in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Media, or a related field.\nMinimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills\n8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, and campaign optimization.\nProven expertise in managing large-scale campaigns across search, display, programmatic, and affiliate channels.\nStrong technical knowledge of ad tech, API integrations, and automation tools.\nExperience with advanced analytics, attribution models, and first-party data utilization.\nDemonstrated ability to deliver measurable ROI and optimize marketing
