Purpose\nCarry out the installation, maintenance and repair of various types of rotating equipment and machinery.\nJob Specific Accountabilities (Part 1)\nMaintenance\nCarry out routine, preventive and predictive maintenance checks and tests on machinery and equipment according to schedules and check lists to ensure that the equipment are operating smoothly and as per requirement. \nCarry out a wide range of corrective maintenance by dismantling, assembling, replacing components in order to repair defective equipment.\nCarry out necessary tests and performance monitoring upon start-up, ensuring to report where readings are outside tolerable limits.\nCarry out new installations and modifications to systems, equipment and machinery, and assist during the start-up and shutdown of critical equipment and systems. \nParticipate in annual shutdown or major equipment turnarounds in the Plant.\nCoordinate where major equipment or sub-assembles have to be removed to the workshop for safely and in working condition.\nArrange for repair or replacement of any tools and safety gear that may not be in good working condition.\nTime Management\nCarry out all maintenance jobs in line with assigned time standards.\nInform the Maintenance Supervisor in case additional resources are required to carry out the job within the assigned time frame.\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement\nContribute to the identification of areas and opportunities for continuous improvement in the operating procedures, modification of functional processes, machinery or equipment.\nHealth, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability\nComply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability guidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.\nParticipate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.\nHousekeeping\nMaintain the work environment clean and tidy before, during and after executing the job, in line with established standards of Hygiene and Housekeeping.\nReports\nCollect technical data from the field as required and provide inputs to prepare Section progress reports for Company
