Identify opportunities for production optimization in the production system.\nEvaluate and perform Artificial Lift Design for Oil Producers. Finalize Well Testing Strategy, Monitor and Evaluate the testing results.\nMonitor well’s performance on daily basis, diagnose associated issues and evaluate optimization opportunities. \nPerform Nodal Analysis for Production System Optimization. Aids Reservoir Teams in designing and performing pressure transient analysis.\nMonitor Drilling Activities; communicate concerns to drilling and provide technical support for smooth running of operations.\nCreate and maintain database for wells covering all operational job details, data acquired, well tests, pressure history and optimization work performed. Ensure the agreed plan for the wells is being followed and highlight any deviations required.\nRecommend and plans special tests or test runs of projects prior to recommending field wide or reservoir implementation.\nUndertake studies to evaluate available alternatives and defines design parameters for upgrading / debottlenecking existing facilities/ enhance capacity and meet set targets.\nCoordinate the investigation of problems related to production technology and recommend appropriate solutions. Includes the use of new equipment, logging/ testing/ production techniques, studies.\nReview application of new technology in areas related to production, injection and artificial lifts. Includes directing and participating in feasibility studies to recommend adoption of new techniques and equipment.\nPrepare the available production and injection potential on monthly basis based on flow test results, Rig Activity Bar Chart and Hook-up & Commissioning schedule.\nEstablish order of priority of opening depleted wells to obtain required field offtake, taking into consideration the reservoir constraints and injection/production balance ratio.\nFollow up on the gas and water injection and ensures adherence to the required specifications and quantities.\nJob Specific support execution of the Section’s / Department work programs in line with Company and International standards.\nPerformance Management\nContribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the function in line with the Company Performance framework.\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement\nDesign and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational processes.\nIdentify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line with best Industry standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.\nHealth, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability\nComply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and
