Monitors work\nexecution and provides guidance to ensure safe practices in accordance with HSE requirements in the\nparticipating OPCO's. Contributes towards achieving efficient, timely and quality completion of the jobs with\nrespect to HSE compliance in close interaction with participating OPCOs (ADNOC Refining, ADNOC Fertilizers\nand Borouge). Assists to prepare procedures / work methodology to perform jobs in a professional manner and\nto suit the intended purpose.\nMaintains and updates maintenance program to ensure functional reliability and fitness of equipment &\nmachines all times.\nKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES\nSupervises the activities of assigned personnel for Rigging and Heavy Lift jobs. Performs supervisory\nfunctions at the level established by RSI-CMS management for the position.\nReceives planned and adhoc job requests from CMS Business Support Team for activities related to\nManual and critical Rigging works.\nReviews techniques for work, allocates assignments and provides technical guidance for the job.\nInspects completed work for conformity to requirements as per the defined procedures.\nOrganizes and coordinates with respective functions to execute all types of Rigging & Material handling\nactivities released by planning.\nSupervises all types of maintenance activities related to Heavy lifting works, Manual Rigging, Material\nHandling, & High Elevated field lifting works.\nMonitors work execution and provides guidance to ensure conformity to statutory, company regulations\nand international standards.\nCarries out review of Rigging Plans in coordination with Rigging Engineer in accordance with\ninternational safety standards and guidelines.\nParticipates in and conducts daily /weekly safety toolbox talks with team of contractors. Conversant with\nADNOC's Health, Safety Environment and Fire Policy, Procedures, Regulations and Objectives Ensures compliance of check lists prepared & signed off for Lifting activities and equipment to be used\non daily basis.\nCarries out regular inspections of work areas at site to ensure that safe working conditions are provided,\nand usage of certified equipment & tools along with required PPEs are in accordance with operating\ninstructions.\nBudgets\nProvide input for preparation of the Department / Section budgets and assist in the implementation of\nthe approved Budget and work plans to deliver Section objectives.\nInvestigate and highlight any significant variances to support effective performance and cost control.\nPolicies, Systems, Processes & Procedures\nImplement approved Department / Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in\norder to support execution of the Section's work programs in line with Company and International\nstandards.\nComply with all applicable legislation and legal regulations.\nInnovation and Continuous Improvement\nDesign and implement new tools and techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of operational\nprocesses.\nIdentify improvements in internal processes against best practices in pursuit of greater efficiency in line\nwith ISO standards in order to define intelligent solutions for issues confronting the function.\nHealth, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability\nComply with relevant HSE policies, procedures & controls and applicable legislation and sustainability\nguidelines in line with international standards, best practices and ADNOC Code of Practices.\nParticipate in Emergency Response duties as a team member.\nProvide inputs to prepare Section MIS and progress reports for Company Management.\nQUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS\nDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. \n7 years of job experience in Rigging and Heavy Lifting maintenance services preferably within a plant in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.\n Highly skilled in rigging jobs, good knowledge of rigging signs and should be good in communicating signals to the crane operator for safe completion of job.\nBusiness Communication, industry standards, practices and protocols\nFamiliar various types of activities like Manual rigging arrangements, Lifting procedures, plan and Rigging techniques.\nGood knowledge of computer skills (MS Office tools, Auto CAD).
