You'll combine platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, and software delivery expertise to build, operate and continuously improve the internal platform that powers AI-native software delivery.\nYou will ensure that AI-native as development remains secure, observable, cost-efficient, and governed by engineering best practices so that humans stay accountable and in control.\nThis is a hands-on role with broad ownership in a strategic initiative shaping internal engineering practices and future client offerings. You'll work closely with engineering teams, evaluate new AI capabilities, support internal adoption and help turn technical innovation into value for our customers.\nYou will be responsible for the following tasks:\nDesigning, implementing, operating and evolving the AI-Native Software Factory platform\nEstablishing and maintaining quality gates, testing, and verification mechanisms\nCurating engineering standards, templates, architecture guidelines, and agent context\nOperating observability, security controls, and policy guardrails\nManaging platform configuration, LLM access, and cost transparency\nSupporting project onboarding and ensuring secure project isolation\nDriving continuous improvement through telemetry, reliability, and delivery metrics\nWhat we're looking for\nStrong experience in platform engineering, DevOps, or SRE\nExperience with AI-assisted or agentic software development\nExpertise in CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and infrastructure-as-code (eg. Terraform)\nExperience with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or comparable container platforms\nExperience with observability, reliability engineering, and incident management\nExperience with software delivery lifecycle, quality engineering, and automated testing\nKnowledge of security best practices, identity management, and secrets handling\nExcellent communication skills\n\nPragmatic, ownership-driven, and innovative mindset\n\nAbility to thrive in environments with uncertainty and rapidly evolving requirements\n\nStrong interest in emerging AI technologies and experimentation\n\nSharp minds, good vibes\nWe are the sharp-minded IT experts who tackle the trickiest software and security challenges.
