As a Senior Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the following tasks:\nTaking over the technical project leadership of developers and integrators, incl. decision-making power \nActing as the first point of contact for stakeholders, including close cooperation with project managers, clients, and other parties in project planning and implementation \nBuilding system architectures and defining the overall architecture of complex software systems in the Java Enterprise ecosystem (technology environment, e.g., Java, Spring, Angular, ReactJS, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, SQL, Microsoft Azure, GCP, and AWS) \nDefining both functional and non-functional requirements and making design decisions \nEnsuring the completeness and correctness of the technical specifications and documentation \nIdentifying, anticipating, escalating, and mitigating technical risks \nEnsuring and maintaining our high-quality standards\nSupporting and contributing to public tenders and bid processes\nWhat we're looking for\nA bachelor's or master's degree (ETH/university of applied sciences/university) in computer science\nExperience as a Software Architect or Solution Architect with a strong software engineering background\n5 or more years of experience in developing complex solutions in the Java Enterprise ecosystem, as well as proven experience with state-of-the-art architecture patterns (e.g. microservices, event-driven serverless architectures)\nTrack record of leading client engagements, including workshops, meetings, presentations, and offers (experience in Public Tenders in an advantage)\nFamiliarity with identity and access management (IAM) is an advantage\nCPSA-F or TOGAF Foundation certification is an advantage \nStrong communication skills and a structured, analytical approach to work\nProficiency in German and English\nFor certain projects in the public sector, a Personal Security Screening (PSS) (Personensicherheitsprüfung, PSP) conducted by Swiss Federal or Cantonal Authorities may be required.
