proactively identifying potential issues and mitigating risks.\n\nPerform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, patch management, and security checks.\n\nUser Account Management\nManage user accounts, including creating, updating, and deactivating accounts as needed.\n\nEnsure proper access controls and permissions are in place to maintain data security and integrity.\n\nDocumentation & Reporting\nMaintain accurate records of support requests, problem resolutions, and system changes.\n\nGenerate regular reports on helpdesk activity, identifying trends and areas for improvement.\n\nCollaboration & Communication\nWork closely with other IT team members to resolve technical issues and implement new technologies.\n\nCommunicate effectively with users, providing clear instructions and updates on the status of their support requests.\n\nEducationBachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science, Computer Science & Engineering\n\nExperience1 to 3
