Overview\nWe are looking for an experienced AEM Technical Architect/SME to strengthen and scale Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) capabilities within ACS GDC.\nThis role will be part of AEM Competency high-performing teams.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Competency Leadership\nAEM & EDS Expertise\nDefine and drive the technical vision for AEM (Sites, Assets, Headless, Cloud Service) and AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS)\nEstablish and standardize best practices, reusable frameworks, accelerators, and governance models\nProvide architectural oversight across projects ensuring scalability, performance, and security\nDrive consistency in architecture and delivery standards across multiple teams and engagements\nInnovation with GenAI & Agentic AI\nDrive adoption of Generative AI and Agentic AI across AEM use cases, including personalization and intelligent workflow orchestration\nIdentify and implement AI-powered accelerators for content lifecycle, DAM, and customer journeys\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI into digital experience platforms\nSolutioning & Pre-Sales Support\nPartner with sales and solution teams to support proposals and client presentations\nProvide technical estimations, architecture blueprints and capability showcases\nCapability Building\nContribute to and evolve the competency roadmap for AEM and AI capabilities in alignment with organizational goals\nStrengthen and scale existing Centers of Excellence (CoE) for AEM and AI-driven digital experience solutions\nConduct internal trainings, workshops and certification programs\nCollaborate with peer competency managers to standardize best practices and reusable assets across programs\nQuality & Governance\nEstablish coding standards, review mechanisms and delivery governance\nEnsure alignment with Adobe best practices and enterprise architecture standards\nPeople Leadership\nLead, mentor, and grow a team of AEM developers, architects, and leads\nDrive hiring strategy, onboarding and capability development aligned with business needs\nConduct regular check-ins, performance reviews and career planning\nDrive skill transformation of the team in line with evolving landscape.\nFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous learning\nAct as an escalation point for delivery challenges and ensure successful outcomes\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience: 12+ years in digital experience platforms, with 4+ years of hands on experience in Architect capacity for AEM/EDS solution.\nTeam Leadership: Proven experience managing teams, conducting regular check-ins and driving performance management\nAEM Expertise\nDeep experience in AEM Sites, Assets, Headless CMS and AEM as a Cloud Service\nExposure to AEM Edge Delivery Services (EDS) is highly preferred\nAEM Architect certification preferred\nAI Skills\nHands-on or strategic experience with Generative AI (LLMs, prompt engineering, content automation)\nStrong understanding of Agentic AI systems and their application in enterprise workflows\nArchitecture & Delivery\nStrong experience in solution architecture leveraging AEM, microservices, APIs and cloud-native systems.\nLeadership\nProven track record of technical leadership for large and complex engagements and building competencies\nStakeholder
