As a DEX Analyst, you will use Nexthink and experience analytics to measure, understand, and elevate the digital experiences of thousands of employees. This role blends technical skill, human-centered thinking, and analytic storytelling to identify friction, drive improvements, and influence how our workforce engages with devices, applications, and support systems.\nResponsibilities\nNexthink Platform & Telemetry\nAdminister Nexthink modules, dashboards, campaigns, investigations, and automated remediations.\nBuild experience scorecards aligned to organizational priorities.\nCreate visualizations, alerts, and reports that translate telemetry into actionable insights.\nEnsure data quality, tagging accuracy, and proper configuration across hardware, OS, and applications.\nExperience Analytics & Insights\nAnalyze performance, stability, sentiment, and behavior patterns to identify trends and root causes.\nCombine quantitative and qualitative signals to understand true employee impact.\nTranslate complex technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for leadership and engineering teams.\nForm hypotheses, test improvements, and measure effects on experience scores.\nHuman-Centered Improvement\nUnderstand employee behaviors, work styles, and friction patterns to recommend improvements.\nPartner with support, engineering, cybersecurity, and product teams to design user-focused solutions.\nUse Nexthink to support surveys, feedback loops, and engagement strategies.\nAdvocate for end-users by ensuring technical decisions reflect human experience implications.\nOperational Excellence\nParticipate in incident analysis to assess user impact.\nMonitor technology performance trends to proactively reduce friction and prevent recurring issues.\nSupport DEX roadmap initiatives to expand automation, maturity, and long-term capability.\nWhat is needed to succeed:\n1-2 years of hands-on experience with Nexthink (administration, investigations, dashboards, campaigns, automated remediation, scoring).\n4-10 years of exp within a Data Analysis role\nSolid understanding of Windows and/or macOS environments and endpoint performance metrics.\nStrong analytical skills working with large datasets.\nAbility to translate complex data into simple, human-centered insights.\nSuperb communication and collaboration skills.\nPassion for user empathy and understanding digital behaviors.\nSupported organizations with 15k+ devices\nPreferred Qualifications\n2+ years in DEX, EUC/endpoint engineering, IT operations, or related fields.\nScripting experience (PowerShell, Python).\nFamiliarity with ITSM/ITIL practices.\nExperience with telemetry, observability, or experience-measurement platforms.\nKnowledge of survey development or UX research.\nAbout Adobe\nAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences. The U.S. pay range for this position is $84,000 - $175,050 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
