Leading organizations are adopting Adobe Experience Cloud and AI-enhanced experiences to maintain their edge.\nWhat you'll Do\nPartner with senior leaders to define digital experience, customer data, and AI/ML objectives.\nTranslate business strategy into multi-year architecture roadmaps across Adobe, data/ML, and cloud platforms.\nDefine business drivers, important metrics, and priority use cases, including personalization, journey orchestration, and next-best action. \nDesign end-to-end architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud and enterprise ecosystems.\nDefine customer data, identity, profile, AI, and data architectures.\nDesign cloud-native architectures using API-first, microservices, event-driven, and serverless patterns across Azure and AWS.\nEstablish secure, scalable reference architectures, governance standards, and operating models.\nAlign business, marketing, product, data, IT, Adobe, and partner teams throughout engagements.\nPresent architecture recommendations, options, and trade-offs to C-level and senior collaborators. \nLead architecture workshops, visioning sessions, and roadmap presentations.\nCreate reusable architecture patterns, templates, and accelerators.\nMentor architects and consultants on enterprise, AI, data, and cloud architecture.\nSupport pre-sales solutioning and position Adobe Enterprise Architecture services.\nWhat you need to succeed\nDemonstrated experience in developing enterprise architecture models using API, SOA, and TOGAF frameworks.\nExperience with public cloud architecture, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.\nExperience designing AI-powered experiences using LLMs, prompt design, RAG, and model evaluation.\nUnderstanding of AI solution patterns, guardrails, agentic workflows, tool-using agents, observability, reliability, and governance.\nExperience with Adobe Experience Cloud or one or more of its solutions.\nAbility to translate business vision into technical architecture and solution requirements.\nStrong executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and customer management skills. \nExperience leading architecture across multi-functional teams in both business and technology areas. \nExperience collaborating with software engineers, data architects, developers, data/ML teams, and data scientists on end-to-end solutions.\nAbility to communicate technical and business strategy to diverse audiences.\nAbility to travel up to 50%.\nAbout Adobe\nAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
