Agentic Governance extends these foundations to AI agents: who an agent is, what it may do, and a verifiable record of what it did.\nYou will own the governance admin experience: the console where customers and Adobe teams see which agents exist. Enterprises are putting AI agents to work on their data, and regulation such as the EU AI Act is setting a higher standard for governing them. How should people see and control what an agent may do? This is a new product surface, designed and built from Bucharest.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the architecture of the Agentic Governance UI: state management, performance, accessibility and component design.\nMake complex governance concepts such as permissions, policies and audit trails clear and usable for administrators.\nBuild AI-powered experiences in the UI, such as natural-language policy authoring or audit explanations, with the right guardrails.\nBuild features and own the quality of what you ship: testing, monitoring and performance.\nUse AI-assisted development responsibly, and help the team raise its front-end practice.\nPartner with product, design and back-end engineers, and mentor peers on front-end architecture.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience.\nDeep front-end expertise in React and TypeScript, including ownership of state, performance and architecture in a production application, not only use of a component library.\nFull-stack delivery: designing and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and working with PostgreSQL.\nExperience shipping through CI/CD and deploying to AWS or Azure.\nStrong testing habits for UI and APIs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBuilt LLM-powered UI features such as streaming responses, copilot patterns or human-in-the-loop review.\nBack-end experience in a modern language (Python preferred)\nKubernetes and infrastructure as code.\nAccessibility standards (WCAG).\nAbout Adobe\nAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
