We're looking for the right fit and growth potential, not a perfect match on every line.\n\nWhat You Will Need to Succeed\nFullstack Engineering Foundation\n8+ years building complex, data-driven web applications and backend services\n\nStrong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and the React ecosystem\n\nExperience designing and building backend services in Java or Node.js\n\nExperience with GraphQL and/or REST APIs - both consuming and designing them\n\nWorking knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases\n\nDistributed Systems & Quality\nExperience designing and operating distributed services and microservices\n\nFamiliarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka or similar)\n\nHands-on experience with E2E and unit testing (Playwright/Cypress, Jest, or equivalent), integrated into CI/CD\n\nComfortable in cross-layer architectural discussions - trade-offs between frontend, API, and backend\n\nAI & Engineering Productivity\nExperience using AI tools to improve development workflows\n\nPractical mindset toward improving engineering velocity with AI\n\nGreat to Have\nExperience with Snowflake or modern cloud data warehouses\n\nExperience with workflow orchestration systems (Temporal or similar)\n\nExposure to cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure) and Kubernetes\n\nExperience mentoring engineers and influencing architectural direction\n\nAbout Adobe\nAdobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
