The position does not carry direct people-management or project-team reporting responsibilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject & Program Management\nTake complete responsibility for the full delivery of assigned projects and programs, making sure they correspond with customer business objectives and Adobe Professional Services delivery standards.\nServe as the main delivery single point of contact and reliable delivery partner for the assigned customer account.\nDirect various concurrent projects and workstreams, maintaining seamless coordination, prioritization, and implementation.\nEstablish clear delivery plans, achievements, dependencies, resource requirements, and success criteria.\nPromote delivery excellence by ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within scope, budget, and agreed margin targets.\nProactively monitor project health, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies.\nEnsure customer expectations are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.\n2. Customer & Collaborator Management\nBuild and maintain positive relationships with senior customer collaborators, establishing credibility and trust through consistent delivery performance.\nLead customer governance forums, steering committee meetings, executive reviews, and critical issues.\nServe as the main point of contact for communication between the customer and Adobe's internal teams.\nWork collaboratively with Account Executives, Services Sales, Solution Architects, Ultimate Success, Technology Office, and other cross-functional teams.\nManage complex collaborator dynamics and resolve conflicts through effective communication, negotiation, and decision-making.\nIdentify chances to advance customer experience, delivery performance, and value realization.\nShow capability to work efficiently within a worldwide, matrix-structured setting that includes teams and partners spread across different locations.\n3. Presales & Commercial Management\nSupport presales activities by reviewing proposed solutions, delivery approaches, effort estimates, assumptions, and Statements of Work (SOWs).\nLead or contribute to project estimation, scope definition, delivery planning, resource planning, and commercial assessments.\nReview and refine SOWs to ensure clarity of scope, deliverables, achievements, dependencies, acceptance criteria, and commercial terms.\nParticipate in RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution reviews, and customer presentations as required.\nEnsure effective sales-to-delivery handover and alignment between proposed commitments and delivery capabilities.\nManage project financial aspects, such as budgets, predictions, resource distribution, costs, and profitability results.\nIdentify and proactively manage scope changes, commercial risks, and potential delivery impacts.\nEnsure engagements are organized around quantifiable business results and value achievement.\n4. Delivery Governance & Execution Excellence\nLead the delivery of complex digital experience implementations and transformation projects using Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.\nEstablish and maintain effective project oversight, reporting systems, delivery measurements, and processes for managing blocking issues.\nEnsure consistent implementation across Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.\nEnsure efficient handling of project dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions, and decisions.\nMonitor delivery quality, customer satisfaction, achievements, financial performance, and overall project health.\nDrive timely resolution of delivery challenges, engaging appropriate technical, functional, and leadership collaborators.\nEnsure consistency with Adobe Professional Services methodologies, operational standards, and delivery guidelines.\nDrive continuous improvement in delivery processes, governance, and customer engagement practices.\n5.
