You’ll work directly with Adobe’s strategic customers to solve complex platform challenges, design scalable architectures, and build solutions that accelerate adoption.\nYou’ll operate in a multi-functional Customer Pod with end-to-end ownership, partnering with customers, product teams, and engineers to turn complex problems into working solutions.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with strategic customers to understand their architecture, workflows, security requirements, and business objectives.\nTranslate complex customer problems into scalable solution designs, reference architectures, and working prototypes.\nInvestigate and resolve production-level platform issues across data ingestion, identity resolution, journey orchestration, and audience activation.\nDesign and validate enterprise solutions spanning AEP, AJO, Marketo, and adjacent Adobe systems.\nLead architecture workshops, health checks, and technical deep-dives that build customer trust.\nPrototype, experiment, and iterate rapidly, using AI-assisted tools as part of your everyday workflow.\nConnect customer needs with product and engineering teams, bringing field insights back into the product roadmap.\nOwn the technical relationship with assigned accounts from discovery through implementation, launch, and expansion.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nWe hire for demonstrated impact and experience. You’ll bring a combination of technical depth, customer empathy, and collaborative problem solving.\nHands-on engineering: You write code, build prototypes, and ship working software. Your architecture decisions are grounded in implementation experience.\nCustomer empathy: You understand customers’ goals, constraints, and definitions of success and build trusted relationships through empathy and technical expertise.\nCollaboration and communication: You work effectively with engineers, architects, product managers, and leaders and communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.\nEnterprise architecture: You design end-to-end solutions across products and systems, considering integration, scale, security, and production requirements.\nData expertise: You understand how data is structured, modeled, and moved and can evaluate trade-offs in schema design, identity resolution, and data pipelines.\nAI fluency and continuous learning: You embrace AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent to design, prototype, and deliver solutions.\nProactive problem solving: You identify emerging challenges and take initiative to move them toward resolution.\nWhat You Need to Succeed\n10+ years of experience across solution architecture, software engineering, technical consulting, or customer-facing engineering.\nBachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science or a relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.\nExperience with CDP, MDM, martech, or data platforms.\nExperience with data governance, privacy-preserving computation, or secure data collaboration.\nFamiliarity with identity resolution or customer data unification.\nExperience with workflow orchestration technologies such as Temporal, Step Functions, or similar.\nExperience contributing to architecture decisions or technical strategy at the team or organizational level.\nExperience with Adobe Experience Cloud products such as AEP, AJO, Marketo, CJA, or Target is helpful. \nExperience working in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Government is also helpful.\nWhy This Team\nYou’ll solve complex enterprise problems with direct customer impact and see your solutions reach production.
