Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.\n\nLead technical discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and solution development discussions with business and IT collaborators.\n\nDevelop data architectures and integration methods that link Adobe solutions with airline technology ecosystems, including Passenger Service Systems (PSS), reservation systems, dedication platforms, and digital commerce channels.\n\nDevelop scalable solutions for customer data management, identity management, segmentation, journey orchestration, decisioning, personalization, and cross-channel engagement.\n\nAdvise collaborators on technical architecture, solution options, and implementation considerations, identifying risks and dependencies early.\n\nSupport airline digital transformation initiatives centered on customer experience, direct bookings, dedication, personalization, customer data, and ancillary revenue growth.\n\nDirect technical architecture throughout projects, working alongside delivery teams to tackle integration issues and ensure solutions follow Adobe architecture standards.\n\nEncourage the growth of consultants and architects by sharing knowledge, providing technical assistance, and evaluating architectural solutions.\n\nContribute to pre-sales activities and RFP responses by developing technical proposals, solution architectures, and recommendations.\n\nWork with analytics teams to define success measures and evaluate customer engagement, conversion, personalization efficiency, and business outcomes.\n\nWhat you need to succeed\n8+ years of experience in the airline or aviation industry, including consulting, enterprise architecture, or professional services delivery.\n\nExperience working directly with customers to guide digital transformation and MarTech implementations.\n\nExperience crafting enterprise architectures involving data integration, APIs, customer identity, data modeling, segmentation, and cross-platform solutions.\n\nExperience in airline online channels, managing customer lifecycle, digital retail, dedication, or tailored experiences.\n\nExperience with airline technology and data environments, including Passenger Service Systems (PSS), reservation and booking platforms, rewards programs, and customer data ecosystems.\n\nExperience assisting or advising consultants and architects, or participating in pre-sales and RFP activities.\n\nA bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Aviation, or a related field.\n\nWillingness to travel up to 50% of the
