You'll work across the modeling lifecycle, from exploratory analysis to production on real claims data, with clear ownership of your work and direct exposure to product and engineering. This role is ideal for someone who executes well independently and is ready to take on larger problem scopes.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and deploy machine learning models that power our core analytics and intelligence features\n\nConduct exploratory data analysis on large-scale claims datasets to identify patterns and anomalies\n\nCollaborate with engineering to integrate models and data products into production systems\n\nMonitor model performance and iterate based on results\n\nCommunicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders including product and customer-facing teams\n\nContribute to data pipeline and warehouse development as needed\n\nRequirements\nEight plus years of experience in a data science or applied ML role\n\nDemonstrated track record of taking models from development to production in a real product environment\n\nStrong proficiency in Python and SQL\n\nExperience taking at least one model from development to production\n\nSolid grounding in statistics, probability, and ML fundamentals\n\nHands-on experience with ML frameworks : scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar\n\nExperience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS\n\nExperience with data pipeline tooling and orchestration (sqlMesh, Temporal, or equivalent)\n\nAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nExperience with MLOps tooling; experiment tracking (MLflow or similar), orchestration (Temporal, Prefect), and model monitoring\n\nNice to Have\nExposure to EHR or RCM data specifically\n\nFamiliarity with anomaly detection methods\n\nFamiliarity with recommendation systems\n\nThe base salary range for this position is $225,000 - $250,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Adonis determines compensation based on each candidate’s experience and qualifications relative to peers, and most new hires fall near the middle of the range.
