The role focuses on building and optimizing Applications and SDKs for Connected TV platforms running on Android TV OS, Samsung Tizen OS working on large-scale, high-performance ad-tech products.\nThis role is strictly for Android TV OS, Samsung Tizen OS on CTV devices and not for mobile app development.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain Apps and SDKs for Android TV OS, Samsung Tizen OS for Connected TV\n(CTV) platforms.\nDevelop solutions for TV-based ad rendering, playback, and device integration.\nStrong technical grasp of CTV ecosystems, VAST (Video Ad Serving Template), VPAID, and SIMID.\nWork on mCanvas CTV product features, performance optimization, and scalability.\nCollaborate with Product, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.\nDebug and optimize applications for TV hardware constraints (memory, CPU, screen resolutions)\nEnsure stability and performance across different CTV devices and OEMs\nFollow best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.\nHands-on experience with vibe coding/spec-driven coding and high proficiency in utilizing AI tools to\noptimize the development lifecycle.\nMandatory Key Skills\n100% hands-on experience with Android TV OS, Samsung Tizen OS for CTV (NOT mobile apps)\nStrong experience in Android OS / AOSP development for Connected TV platforms\nExperience working on CTV / OTT / Smart TV ecosystems\nProficiency in Java / Kotlin for Android OS development\nUnderstanding of media playback, streaming protocols, and TV UI frameworks\nExperience with performance optimization on TV devices.\nFamiliarity with debugging tools, logs, and memory profiling on Android TV OS, Samsung Tizen OS.\nGood to Have\nExperience in AdTech / OTT / CTV monetization platforms\nExposure to device-level integrations and OEM customizations\nUnderstanding of large-scale distributed systems\nPrior experience working on high-traffic consumer platforms\nEducation (Mandatory)\nB.Tech / M.Tech
