Assists and serves as a point of escalation for junior team members.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nBuild technical capabilities that enable secure and governed enterprise adoption of AI.\nDesign and manage MCP gateways and AI-to-data integration patterns.\nIntegrate Databricks, Microsoft Copilot, Claude, APIs, structured data, and unstructured content with AI solutions.\nImplement classification, access controls, masking, metadata, lineage, and AI data-use policies.\nDevelop monitoring for AI consumption, data access, usage, cost, and governance compliance.\nEngineer automated AI guardrails and policy-enforcement controls.\nSupport governance of RAG, agents, LLM integrations, vector stores, and enterprise knowledge sources.\nIdentify and mitigate risks associated with sensitive or regulated data being consumed by AI.\nProduce logging and evidence supporting Risk, Compliance, Security, and Audit requirements.\nPartner across Data, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Risk, and AI teams to operationalize AI governance.\nProvides input on complex projects, often serving as a subject-matter-expert.\nSupports and deploys business partner software and packages.\nModifies and/or debugs business partner-supplied utilities and packages.\nMonitors system capacity and performance using a broad set of tools.\nProvides technical support to various departments and users.\nIdentifies troublesome trends and develops plans designed to resolve issues and prevent recurrences.\nServes as escalation point for junior engineers\nActs as subject-matter-expert for area of responsibility.\nEach team member is expected to be aware of risk within their functional area. This includes observing all policies, procedures, laws, regulations and risk limits specific to their role.
