You will work across the entire stack from React-based frontends to Python/Java backend services building platforms that leverage Generative AI, intelligent agents, and distributed computing to solve complex engineering challenges.\n\nThis role demands a hands-on builder who is comfortable operating in an Agile environment, contributing to architectural decisions, and delivering high-quality software at pace.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design and implement end-to-end features across frontend (React/TypeScript) and backend (Python, Java) services.\n\n- Build and integrate GenAI-powered capabilities including AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and LLM orchestration pipelines.\n\n- Architect and maintain distributed systems handling high-throughput data processing and real-time event streaming.\n\n- Develop RESTful APIs and microservices with proper authentication, authorization, and observability.\n\n- Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code for automated testing, deployment, and monitoring.\n\n- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) and contribute to backlog refinement.\n\n- Conduct and participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.\n\n- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.\n\nRequired Qualifications :\n\n- 10 - 12 years of professional software development experience in full-stack roles.\n\n- Python :\n\n1. Expert-level proficiency with frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django; experience with async programming.\n\n- Java :\n\n1.
