strengthen, and implement a global talent strategy that is aligned with Adragos Pharma’s business objectives and growth plans.\nYou will build structured development pathways for different functions, levels, sites, and employee populations, taking local development needs and succession planning into account.\nYou will identify critical skills and capability gaps across the Group in close collaboration with local business leaders and site teams.\nYou will contribute to the development of a long-term learning roadmap that supports business priorities and future capability needs.\nYou will support the implementation of digital learning tools and LMS solutions to enhance learning effectiveness and accessibility across the organization.\nYou will provide operational P&C support for the Barcelona office if based there, depending on location.\nYour profile\nYou have minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or HR / P&C Development, ideally gained in an international and matrixed environment.\nYou have proven experience in designing and implementing competency-based development approaches and learning frameworks that support business and employee development.\nYou have a strong track record of working across multiple sites, business units, or functions and of successfully collaborating with diverse stakeholders in an international context.\nYou have solid project management and cross-functional coordination skills and are able to drive initiatives from concept to implementation in a structured and efficient way.\nYou have experience working in regulated environments, ideally within manufacturing or pharma, which is considered a strong advantage.\nYou have familiarity with digital learning tools and LMS platforms and are comfortable using technology to support modern learning and development solutions.\nYou have the ability to translate business needs into practical talent management projects and learning solutions that create measurable impact.\nYou have experience managing multiple stakeholders and priorities in a complex, international, matrixed environment while maintaining a clear focus on quality and deadlines.\nYou have strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills and are able to build trust and credibility across different levels of the organization.\nYou have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are confident in working with both local and international teams.\nYou have a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset and enjoy taking ownership in a dynamic environment.\nYou have a high level of accountability, reliability, and prioritization skills and are able to manage multiple tasks independently.\nYou have strong cultural awareness and a customer- and service-oriented approach that helps you work effectively with different teams and business contexts.\nYou are willing to travel regularly to company sites to support close collaboration with operations and local business teams.\nEducation\nYou have a degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\nIT Skills\nYou have strong MS Office skills.\nYou have experience with HR software; experience with Personio is an advantage.\nLanguages\nYou have fluent English skills, which are mandatory.\nYou have
