processes with full visibility and auditability.\nKey Responsibilities\nEngage with clients and stakeholders to gather platform requirements and understand digital transformation and automation goals.\nDeliver presentations and documentation that demonstrate CI/CD capabilities, including: \nAgent pool management\nEnvironment provisioning\nEnterprise pipeline design\nSupport product and engineering teams by creating reusable pipeline templates and secure shared libraries in Azure DevOps Server.\nProvide DevOps expertise across the product lifecycle to: \nEnforce complex branching strategies\nOptimize build runner performance\nMaintain Linux-based runner systems\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Security and QA) to: \nManage 3rd-party libraries\nIntegrate OpenText security tooling (Fortify SCA)\nEmbed automated testing automation frameworks\nStay current with industry trends in containerization, automation workflows, and infrastructure delivery mechanisms to position solutions effectively.\nConduct internal and client workshops to enable GitOps delivery and workload promotion using Argo CD to OpenShift/Kubernetes platforms.\nParticipate in Agile development and release processes by integrating monitoring hooks and driving production deployment patterns, including: \nAppDynamics / BMC / Azure Monitoring\nRequirements\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.\nExperience\n 6-10+ years of professional experience in: \nDevOps\nSite Reliability Engineering (SRE)\nBuild & Release automation in enterprise environments \nProven, hands-on production delivery exposure (e.g., scaling live environments, not only sandbox/testing environments).\nExperience in government, heavily regulated, or complex enterprise sectors is highly preferred.\nSkills & Competencies (Technical & Analytical + Soft)\nDeep expertise in: \nCI/CD pipeline engineering and secure pipeline patterns\nAgent pool configuration\nAdvanced branching strategies\nStrong hands-on containerization and orchestration experience: \nDocker\nKubernetes\nRed Hat OpenShift\nPractical infrastructure automation skills: \n Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform)\n Configuration management (Ansible)\nLinux administration and systems scripting\nFamiliarity with enterprise artifact and dependency management: \n JFrog Artifactory\nBinary artifact and 3rd-party library handling\nAnalytical capability to implement secure application pipelines, including: \nFortify SCA\nHashiCorp Vault
