We Are Looking For : Salesforce Development Manager \n\nRole Overview : \n\nWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead the Salesforce platform, manage ongoing enhancements, and work closely with business and technology teams to deliver effective Salesforce solutions.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\n- Own and manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, performance, security, and continuous improvement.\n\n- Lead Salesforce implementation, enhancement, and integration projects from requirements through delivery.\n\n- Work closely with business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and central technology teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.\n\n- Manage Salesforce configuration, workflows, automation, reports, dashboards, and user access.\n\n- Lead integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications and platforms.\n\n- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and technical specifications.\n\n- Manage and prioritize the Salesforce enhancement backlog based on business priorities.\n\n- Coordinate with development, QA, architecture, security, and other central teams to ensure successful delivery.\n\n- Monitor platform performance, data quality, security, and compliance.\n\n- Establish and maintain Salesforce best practices, governance, documentation, and release management.\n\n- Manage production issues, troubleshoot problems, and ensure timely resolution.\n\n- Support Salesforce users through training, guidance, and effective change management.\n\n- Manage external Salesforce vendors and partners where required.\n\n- Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce automation, AI, and new platform capabilities to improve business processes.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience : \n\n- 12+ years of Salesforce experience, with experience in a lead or managerial role.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.\n\n- Experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, security, reports, and dashboards.\n\n- Experience managing Salesforce integrations with other enterprise systems.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, APIs, and integration concepts.\n\n- Experience managing Salesforce projects and working with Agile teams.\n\n- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.\n\n- Experience working with cross-functional and central technology teams.\n\n- Good understanding of Salesforce governance, release management, and platform best practices.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nPreferred Certifications : \n\n- Salesforce Administrator.\n\n- Salesforce Advanced Administrator.\n\n- Salesforce Platform App Builder.\n\n- Salesforce Platform Developer.\n\n- Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant.\n\n- Salesforce Application Architect or related certifications.\n\nRequired Qualifications : \n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n\n- 15+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform, with 4+ years in a people management or team lead role.\n\n- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.\n\n- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model (profiles, permission sets, sharing rules).\n\n- Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools).\n\n- Experience managing Agile/Scrum development processes (sprints, backlogs, retrospectives).\n\n- Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, AutoRabit, or similar).\n\n- Excellent communication skills able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.\n\nKey Skills : \n\n- Technical : Apex, LWC, Flow, SOQL, API integrations, Salesforce DX.\n\n- Leadership : Team management, mentoring, performance management, hiring.\n\n- Process : Agile/Scrum, release management, change management.\n\n- Soft skills : Stakeholder communication, strategic thinking, problem-solving.\n\nSuccess in the Role : \n\nThe Salesforce Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Salesforce remains a stable, scalable, secure, and business-focused platform, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve
