Responsibilities :\n\n- Configure and maintain Workday Adaptive Planning models for budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning.\n\n- Gather business requirements and translate them into effective planning models and functional solutions.\n\n- Design and develop planning models, dashboards, reports, and financial analytics to support business decision-making.\n\n- Build and maintain integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday Financials, Workday HCM, and other enterprise systems.\n\n- Support end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, data loading, UAT, and go-live.\n\n- Develop and maintain financial models, planning assumptions, calculations, and forecasting methodologies.\n\n- Troubleshoot planning model issues, resolve data discrepancies, and provide ongoing production support.\n\n- Optimize existing planning processes and models to improve accuracy, efficiency, and usability.\n\n- Collaborate with finance, HR, and business stakeholders to align planning solutions with organizational requirements.\n\n- Prepare functional documentation, model specifications, and user guides.\n\n- Conduct user training and provide best-practice guidance to finance and business teams.\n\n- Support system updates, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementation, configuration, or support.\n\n- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and financial planning processes.\n\n- Experience designing and maintaining planning models, reports, dashboards, and financial analytics.\n\n- Knowledge of financial modelling, planning methodologies, calculations, and business assumptions.\n\n- Experience with data loading, data validation, and integrations with Workday HCM, Workday Financials, or other enterprise systems.\n\n- Understanding of end-to-end implementation activities, including testing, UAT, and go-live support.\n\n- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.\n\n- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience with end-to-end Workday Adaptive Planning implementations.\n\n- Exposure to finance transformation, enterprise performance management (EPM), or workforce planning projects.\n\n- Familiarity with financial reporting, data integration, and planning process automation.\n\n- Workday Adaptive Planning certification
