Responsibilities :\n\n- Implement, configure, and maintain Workday HCM modules to meet business requirements.\n\n- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional Workday solutions.\n\n- Configure Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and security roles.\n\n- Support modules such as Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management.\n\n- Support Workday integrations, Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs), and data migration activities.\n\n- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support, enhancements, and issue resolution.\n\n- Perform unit testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing for Workday changes.\n\n- Prepare functional documentation, configuration guides, and user training materials.\n\n- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR processes and system efficiency.\n\n- Support Workday releases, system updates, and ongoing optimization initiatives.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Hands-on experience with Workday HCM implementation, configuration, or support.\n\n- Strong knowledge of Core HCM, business processes, supervisory organizations, and Workday security.\n\n- Familiarity with Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent Management modules.\n\n- Understanding of Workday integrations, EIBs, and data migration processes.\n\n- Experience with functional testing, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.\n\n- Ability to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and prepare functional documentation.\n\n- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience working on end-to-end Workday HCM implementation or enhancement projects.\n\n- Exposure to Workday release management and feature updates.\n\n- Experience supporting HR transformation or process-improvement initiatives.\n\n- Workday certifications in relevant HCM modules are an
