Responsibilities :\n\n- Configure, administer, and optimize Workday Learning modules, including learning catalogs, courses, learning programs, and content management.\n\n- Design and implement learning paths, blended learning programs, compliance training, and certification processes.\n\n- Manage learning content uploads, version control, and integration with external learning content providers and third-party platforms.\n\n- Collaborate with Learning & Development (L&D), HR, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective learning solutions.\n\n- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to track learning completion, compliance status, and program effectiveness.\n\n- Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, go-live activities, and ongoing system enhancements.\n\n- Provide end-user and administrator training, troubleshooting support, and guidance on Workday Learning best practices.\n\n- Maintain learning workflows, business processes, and security configurations in line with organizational requirements.\n\n- Ensure learning processes align with business objectives, compliance standards, and Workday best practices.\n\n- Identify opportunities to improve learning operations, user experience, and system efficiency.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- Hands-on experience configuring and administering Workday Learning.\n\n- Strong understanding of learning catalogs, courses, learning programs, learning paths, and content management.\n\n- Experience with compliance training, certification tracking, and blended learning programs.\n\n- Knowledge of learning content loading, versioning, and third-party content integrations.\n\n- Experience creating Workday reports, dashboards, and learning analytics.\n\n- Understanding of Workday business processes, security, and functional configuration.\n\n- Experience supporting testing, UAT, deployments, production issues, and system enhancements.\n\n- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Experience with Workday HCM and related HR modules.\n\n- Exposure to external learning platforms and content providers.\n\n- Experience supporting Workday Learning implementations, rollouts, or optimization projects.\n\n- Knowledge of HR and L&D processes, compliance requirements, and learning technology best practices.\n\n- Workday Learning certification is an advantage.\n\nSkills\nWorkday HCM, LMS, Learning Architecture, System
