Aufgaben
- Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung unserer Server- und Virtualisierungslandschaft (Proxmox VE, VMware)
- Administration von Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Active Directory und Entra ID
- Betreuung und Ausbau unserer Cloud-Infrastruktur (AWS, Hetzner) inkl. Migrationen
- Netzwerk, DNS, Cloudflare, Firewall und VPN - du hast alles im Griff
- Client-Support für Windows, macOS und Linux
- Monitoring, Backup und Incident Management
- Mitarbeit in einem engagierten Team, das direkt dem CTO unterstellt ist
Qualifikation
- Erfahrung in der Windows Server- und Linux-Administration
- Kenntnisse in Virtualisierung (Proxmox, VMware oder Hyper-V)
- Praxis mit Microsoft 365 und/oder Google Workspace
- Solides Netzwerk-Know-how (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, DNS, Cloudflare)
- Erfahrung mit Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS Grundkenntnisse von Vorteil)
- Selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise - du packst an, ohne gefragt zu werden
