As a Procurement Process Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving these efforts at ADS.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPurchasing all items for ADS from assigned vendors typically will work with preferred vendors\nExpected to make decisions on approving and placing purchase orders up to $1,000,000.\nMust be able to manage intricate supplier requirements, minimums, terms and conditions\nReview all POs to guard against duplication, pricing errors, or other issues\nTypically manage 1000-3000 PO lines at any given point\nDevelop relationships with assigned vendors to ensure the best possible service and product/ process quality is maintained.\nManages promise dates and delivery timelines\nResponsible for obtaining tracking information and advising Sales should delays arise\nRequired to obtain & communicate tracking/transit details on all rush orders\nResponsible for determining whether an order is to be cancelled based upon customer \"need by\" requirements and supplier communications\nWorks closely with other ADS departments to ensure proper account accommodations and internal fiduciary responsibilities are met\nCoordinate & track resolutions for problem orders\nDevelop relationships with Sales and Suppliers to communicate issues and facilitate solutions\nUtilize CRM (Salesforce) to provide transparency with all communication and concerns with purchase orders/vendors\nResolve vendor PO non-conformance issues in a timely manner to ensure disruption to the customer is minimized\nAct as liaison between suppliers and Accounts Payables to resolve invoice discrepancies\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMinimum 2 years of Procurement and/or Customer Service experience in a non-call center environment\n2 years' experience in Microsoft Office applications with a focus on Outlook, Excel, and Word\nMust possess strong organizational skills and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nADS experience may be substituted at manager's discretion\nPrior experience in Oracle is a plus\nA successful candidate must be a self-starter with excellent communication, attention to detail, organizational skills and proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment\nPlease note: all individuals accepting a position in Procurement are expected to make a 1-year commitment and will not be allowed to apply for internal transfer without approval from the Procurement Process Manager.\nSalary Range: $60,000 to $70,000\nThe salary range represents the base compensation range for this role. The actual compensation will be determined based on a candidate’s education, experience, and skills. In addition to base compensation, full-time employees in this role are eligible for bonus which is based on performance metrics.\nADS provides a comprehensive benefits program to eligible employees.
