Client Servicing & Account Support\nSupport the primary client lead across assigned agency and brand accounts.\nCoordinate client onboarding, meeting notes, follow-ups, status updates, and servicing trackers.\nBuild client trust through responsive communication and effective expectation management.\nEnsure client queries, action items, and requests are followed through to resolution.\n2. Delivery Coordination & Governance\nCoordinate campaign handovers between Sales, Trading, Operations, and Client Services.\nTrack campaign timelines, launch readiness, deliverables, and pending action items.\nEnsure reporting inputs, approvals, and client deliverables are completed on time.\nIdentify and escalate issues early, providing clear context and recommended next steps.\n3. Reporting, Insights & Administration\nPrepare campaign reports, summaries, and client meeting materials.\nReview and quality-check data, reporting narratives, and formatting before sharing with clients.\nMaintain accurate records of account plans, trackers, and servicing templates.\nSupport post-campaign wrap-ups and recurring business review (QBR) materials.\n4. Team & Process Support\nContribute to improving onboarding workflows, templates, checklists, and servicing processes.\nIdentify recurring operational challenges and suggest process improvements.\nCollaborate with Sales, Trading, and Operations to ensure a seamless client experience.\nExperience & Skills\nEssential Requirements\n3-5 years of experience in client services, account support, media coordination, or a related adtech/agency role.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nGood organisational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and convert them into clear actions, timelines, and updates.\nConfidence in working with presentations, spreadsheets, reporting templates, and meeting follow-ups.\nGood judgement to identify which issues can be resolved independently and which require escalation.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExposure to programmatic advertising, ad operations, campaign reporting, or media workflows.\nPrevious experience working with an advertising agency or adtech company.\nExperience preparing client-ready presentations, reports, or QBR materials.\nFamiliarity with multi-channel
