(VTR), CPV, CTR, Reach, and Frequency.\nConduct campaign QA and identify setup or delivery issues.\nTroubleshoot basic campaign issues and escalate complex issues when required.\nSupport campaign reporting, data validation, and performance updates.\nMaintain campaign documentation and ensure accuracy across campaign setups.\nCollaborate with senior campaign managers and internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.\nWork with US-based teams and support PST working hours.\nRequired Skills & Experience\n1-2 years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, or ad operations.\nPractical knowledge of Google Ads, preferably with YouTube/video campaigns.\nUnderstanding of basic digital advertising and YouTube campaign KPIs.\nGood analytical and problem-solving skills.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.\nGood Excel/Google Sheets and reporting skills.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nWillingness to work PST timings.\nPreferred\nPrior experience working with US-based clients or teams.\nExperience with YouTube campaign optimization and troubleshooting.\nGoogle Ads certification is a plus.\nIdeal Candidate\nSomeone who has a good foundation in Google Ads and YouTube advertising, is comfortable with campaign execution and data analysis, pays close attention to detail, and is eager to develop
