The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good knowledge of recruitment processes, and the ability to independently manage the hiring cycle from sourcing candidates through onboarding.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions, including bulk hiring.\nSource and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.\nConduct initial candidate screening and assess candidates based on role requirements.\nCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders.\nMaintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.\nManage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to offer rollout and joining.\nPrepare and coordinate offer-related documentation and ensure timely offer release.\nTrack candidate status and maintain accurate recruitment records in the HRMS/ATS.\nConduct and coordinate pre-joining activities and onboarding for selected candidates.\nEnsure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.\nWork closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions within timelines.\nTake ownership of assigned recruitment targets and proactively work towards closures.\nSupport other HR activities and responsibilities during periods of lower recruitment volume.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n2-4 years of experience in core HR/recruitment.\nStrong experience in non-IT recruitment and bulk hiring.\nHands-on experience managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle.\nGood knowledge and hands-on experience using HRMS/ATS platforms for recruitment and candidate management.\nExperience using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals/recruitment platforms will be highly preferred.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong coordination and follow-up skills.\nAbility to work against monthly assigned recruitment targets and consistently achieve hiring closures within defined timelines.\nHighly proactive, organised, and target-orientated.\nAbility to work independently and take ownership of recruitment requirements.\nWillingness to take up broader HR responsibilities beyond recruitment when required.\nCandidates who can join immediately or within 15 days will be preferred.\nWork Mode: Work from Office\nWorking Days: 5 Days a Week\nWorking Hours: 9:30 AM -
