Your Profile
You have 0-1+ years of experience (or internships)in a technical client or partner-facing role - interest or initial exposure todigital advertising technology is a major advantage
You have excellent organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
You are a results-oriented problem solver, with a pragmatic approach and a high level of attention to detail
You have excellent communication skills - particularly when explaining technical concepts clearly
You are tech-savvy, with a strong curiosityand passion for understanding technical products and systems
You are analytical and enjoy digging into data with your tool of choice e.g. Tableau, Excel, Google sheets
Basic familiarity or a desire to learnPython, databases, web technologies and API’s will be a distinct advantage
You are a team player and enjoy working with a lot of different people while being independent and reliable
Fluent in English; German or another European language is an advantage
What you will do
Support the maintenance ofour existing integrations and provide first-leveltechnical guidance and support to our partners
Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues, working closely with our Engineers and ensuring that relevant stakeholders are kept up-to-date
Set up and manage monitors, dashboards and reports to drive efficiency and proactively identify issues
Assist partners in buildingautomated processes for reporting, data activation and data transfer
Analyse and optimise integrations, identifying improvements and collaborating with senior team members tomanage updates with stakeholders
Maintain technical documentation and specifications for integrations with adsquare’s platform
Supportthe billing process, consolidating reports, analysing and resolving any discrepancies
Work closely with our Data and Platform Partnerships teams to execute our integration roadmap

Salary Range (Annual On-Target Earnings)
