If that sounds like you, let's move confidently forward - together.\nAdswerve is looking for a Martech/Data Engineer to support strategic client implementations and optimization initiatives across the Adobe Experience Platform, with a focus on RTCDP, schema modeling, data pipelines and data modeling within AEP. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them design scalable data models across the AEP ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be able to develop and design data-driven experiences for our clients and work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and analytics stakeholders to guide architecture decisions, ensure successful deployments, and maximize the value of the AEP ecosystem.\nResponsibilities: \nParticipate in discovery sessions, solution design, and roadmap development tailored to the client’s use cases.\nArchitect personalized Adobe solutions across the Adobe Experience Platform\nConsult on audience segmentation\nProvide hands-on SQL and data modeling within AEP\nSupport the creation of omnichannel customer journeys leveraging real-time data triggers and decisioning.\nDesign and implement data pipelines (batch and streaming) within AEP \nAdvise on data ingestion, identity resolution, and real-time profile architecture.\nGuide the creation of scalable segmentation strategies for activation across channels.\nEnsure compliance with data privacy policies and governance frameworks.\nCollaborate with client development teams and solution architects to ensure successful technical implementation.\nSupport QA, UAT, and troubleshooting across AEP integrations and use cases.\nDeliver documentation, training materials, and ongoing strategic recommendations.\nExperience:\nPrevious implementation experience within Digital Analytics (AEP, CJA is a plus)\nExperience with SQL, Data Modeling, Schema Modeling, pipeline solutions\nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or similar web technologies.\nExperience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Experience Platform.\nExperience leading client engagements from discovery to deployment.\nProficiency with APIs, JavaScript, and web technologies relevant to platform integrations\nOur team of 250+ employees is spread out across 26 states and six countries.
