Throughout the summer, interns also get exposure to ADT as a whole: sessions with different business units, briefings on current company priorities, and time with our executive leadership team, alongside a dedicated professional development track.\nWhere You Could Work\nDepending on team needs and background, interns may be placed in:\nData Engineering\nData Analytics\nBusiness Intelligence & Reporting\nAI & Machine Learning\nAnalytics Strategy\nData Science\nPlacement is based on business needs, skillsets, and academic background. Project work may include building data pipelines, developing dashboards and reporting solutions, analyzing business and customer data, identifying trends and opportunities, supporting AI and machine learning initiatives, and helping teams make data-informed decisions.\nQualifications\nRequired\nCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field\nGraduating between December 2027 and May 2028\nCompletion of at least two upper-level (300/400) courses relevant to the internship discipline\nCumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher\nApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to support or sponsor any U.S. immigration benefit (such as, but not limited to, H-1B, TN, STEM OPT) at this time.\n\nStandout Candidates Will Bring\nPrior internship, co-op, research, or independent project experience, along with the ability to clearly explain their individual contributions, decisions, and lessons learned\nExperience using SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytical tools \nCoursework or projects involving analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, data visualization, business intelligence, or AI \nExperience turning large datasets into actionable insights and recommendations\nLeadership experience through student organizations, athletics, military service, community involvement, or campus initiatives\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills\nHow ADT invests in you:\nCulture of professional development & training, including access to LinkedIn Learning, collaborative team support, and exposure to meaningful, real-world projects \nFront-line experience and opportunities to learn directly from leaders through our Executive Leadership Team (ELT) Speaker Series \nCommitment to equity and inclusion through ongoing initiatives, employee resource groups, and employee recognition programs \nVolunteer opportunities to give back and make a difference in the communities we serve\nCompensation & Internship Details\nCompensation: $24/hour for undergraduates, $28/hour for those enrolled in a graduate program.\nWork Schedule: A 40-hour workweek is expected, with interns on-site from Monday to Thursday in our Boca Raton Headquarters, and the option to work remotely on Fridays, depending on team schedules. \nU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required, as we do not offer sponsorship. \nMust be available for the entire duration of the internship program, from May 17-July 29, 2027. \nHousing allowance and relocation assistance are not offered for Internship roles.\nWhat Makes Someone Successful\nInterns who thrive in this program ask questions early, take ownership of their work, and look for opportunities to contribute beyond their assigned projects.
