You will prioritize understanding customer needs and pain points, collaborating closely with various teams to deliver innovative solutions that bring value to ADT and drive customer satisfaction. We seek entrepreneurial Product Managers who can drive innovation and execute product initiatives swiftly and effectively.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nDevelop and execute product vision and strategy based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends. Drive product roadmap planning and prioritization to align with organizational goals.\n\nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, coordinate resources, develop roadmaps, and guide teams through key project milestones.\n\nPlan, initiate, and oversee hardware projects, managing the development of hardware, firmware, to meet deadlines and performance expectations.\n\nFacilitate effective communication across teams to support past, current, and future product initiatives, ensuring alignment and clarity in project goals and progress.\n\nDefine and analyze key performance metrics, utilizing data to inform product decisions, optimize features, and conduct A/B testing to enhance user experience and product effectiveness.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, or a related technical field.\n\n5+ years of experience in product management or a related rolesuch as Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or Engineering.\n\nProficiency in defining product requirements, developing roadmaps, and managing product lifecycles.\n\nAbility to work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver products that are ready for market release.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with launching hardware devices.\n\nPrincipal Product Manager\nThe salary range for this role is $152,800 -$221,000 and is based on experience and qualifications.\nCertain roles are eligible for annual bonus and may include equity. These awards are allocated based on company and individual performance.\nWe offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan and company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year.
