Agents engage with these potential customers, verify each contact meets specified criteria, and transfer the qualified customer to an Inbound Sales Specialist. \n\nMust reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming.\n\nFocused verbal communication\n\nUse pointed rebuttals to overcome objections\n\nDemonstrate empathy\n\nUpdate call status in the phone system\n\nMaintain availability to engage with potential customers\n\nAdhere to company compliance and quality standards\n\nHigh-speed internet with min 50Mbps download/25Mbps upload speed and access to internet solely by ethernet cord\n\nExperience:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED required \n\nSales experience preferred\n\nOver-the-phone call center experience preferred\n\nBasic computer skills required \n\nMust complete and pass a pre-employment drug/background check\n\nSkills:\n\nExcellent communication skills\n\nIndependent worker with experience in a commission-based environment \n\nSelf-starter and motivated by personal goal achievement\n\nCritical Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities \n\nStrong listening skills used to conduct needs analysis\n\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills\n\nStrong use of business vocabulary\n\nStrict adherence to team agendas, policies, and guidelines\n\nEducation/Certification:\n\nHigh school diploma or GED\n\nPay and Benefits Disclosure:\n\nThe pay range for this role is $11.00 an hour, plus commission, and is based on experience and qualifications. Employees will earn a training wage of $11/hr + $250 completion bonus during Week 1 of Training. We offer employees access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan with company match, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off (PTO) among others. Employees accrue up to 120 hours of PTO in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year.
