This role leads a small team combined of Solutions Advisors and Installation Technicians, drives local sales activities, and ensures that installation services are delivered safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nLeadership & Team Management - Supervise, coach, and develop branch staff including Solutions Advisors and Install Techs. Schedule and assign daily work activities for installation teams to meet customer timelines. Conduct performance evaluations, manage staffing needs, and participate in hiring decisions.\nSales Management - Drive local sales strategy to meet or exceed revenue targets. Support Solutions Advisors with customer presentations, pricing guidance, and closing deals. Monitor sales pipeline and performance metrics, providing weekly updates to Area Sales & Installation Manager. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the local market.\nCustomer Service & Quality Assurance - Ensure high-quality customer experience from initial sales call through installation completion. Resolve escalated customer concerns quickly and effectively. Conduct post-installation reviews to maintain service quality standards. \n Safety & Compliance - Enforce safety protocols for installation teams and branch operations. Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure regulatory adherence (OSHA, local codes, etc.).
