This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the Salesforce environment is aligned with the company’s short- and long-term goals while fully supporting the needs of various user types. A strong candidate should have experience working with SF Steelbrick and Sales cloud, strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be able to work both independently and collaboratively.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nImplement and optimize Salesforce processes, workflows, validation rules, and automations to drive Sales growth.\n\nCollaborate with business partners to document desired functionality, translate functionality to requirements, make recommendations for best practice implementation, and execute the changes.\n\nAssist in testing and deploying updates, demonstrating new functionality to business partners, and maintaining documentation of processes and configurations.\n\nManage Pricing and Promotion Engine, creating or updating promotions, permissions, and fields as needed.\n\nIdentify and manage cross team dependencies to prevent headwinds and foster collaboration.\n\nCoordinate release deployments and complete deployment validation.\n\nIndependently prioritize workload based on company priorities.\n\nAdditional duties as assigned.\n\nSkills and Competencies:\nStrong understanding of Salesforce reporting tools, best practices, objects, configurations, custom apps, formulas, workflows, etc.\n\nStrong problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.\n\nAbility to proactively manage workload in a fast-paced environment.\n\nComfortable working independently and collaboratively with remote teams.\n\nExperience with Agile methodologies and comfortable working within a team.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\n2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer (Salesforce certification preferred).\n\nAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.\n\nComprehensive understanding of Salesforce configuration best practices with a proven track record of participating in Salesforce projects or initiatives from concept to implementation.\n\nAbility to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario and make a recommendation for best path forward.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nSalesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Administrator Certification
