This highly visible role combines telecom expense management, wireless operations, data analytics, vendor management, and process improvement to help deliver a seamless mobility experience for employees across the organization.\nYou'll partner with Finance, Procurement, IT, Security, HR, and major wireless carriers to manage mobility services, analyze telecom spend, improve operational efficiency, and identify cost-saving opportunities across our enterprise.\nIf you enjoy working with data, solving complex operational challenges, and influencing business decisions, we'd love to meet you.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nManage enterprise wireless mobility operations and telecom expense management (TEM)\nAnalyze wireless billing, inventory, usage, and financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and optimization opportunities\nAudit carrier invoices and ensure contract compliance, accurate billing, and negotiated pricing\nSupport device lifecycle activities including activations, upgrades, transfers, and disconnects\nManage and resolve mobility requests through ServiceNow\nCreate reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow Reporting, or similar tools\nPartner with wireless carriers and vendors to resolve issues and improve service performance\nSupport procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and contract initiatives\nDrive process improvements, automation efforts, and operational efficiency projects\nEnsure compliance with wireless policies, standards, and governance requirements\nMinimum Qualifications:\n5+ years of experience in telecom operations, wireless mobility, telecom expense management, procurement analytics, business operations, or a related field\nExperience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) platforms\nStrong analytical and data management skills\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, reporting, data analysis)\nExperience with ServiceNow or similar request management platforms\nAbility to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights\nExperience managing telecommunications vendors and carrier relationships\nStrong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills\nLos Angeles Applicants: Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act.\nPhiladelphia Applicants: Background checks will be conducted during the employment process.
