Enterprise Project Delivery & Execution\nLead end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle enterprise application implementations, enhancements, integrations, migrations, and stabilization initiatives.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, resource allocations, and critical paths.\nManage multiple concurrent projects across Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, OIC, OCI, and related platforms.\nCoordinate activities across functional, technical, integration, infrastructure, and business teams.\nDrive project execution through requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, hypercare, and operational transition.\nEnsure deliverables meet established quality standards, business requirements, and enterprise architecture guidelines.\n2. Project Governance, Risk & Issue Management\nEstablish and maintain effective project governance, reporting structures, and escalation procedures.\nProactively identify, assess, document, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies (RAID).\nEscalate critical delivery risks, resource constraints, and unresolved decisions to appropriate leadership.\nFacilitate project governance meetings, executive status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.\nMaintain accurate project documentation, decision logs, action registers, and change-control records.\nEnsure compliance with ADT's IT governance framework, internal controls, and project management standards.\n3. Financial Management & Resource Planning\nManage project financials, including approved budgets, forecasts, actual expenditures, and projected costs to completion.\nTrack capital (CAPEX) and operating (OPEX) expenditures in accordance with established Finance and Accounting guidelines.\nMonitor vendor costs, contractor utilization, purchase orders, and Statements of Work (SOWs).\nIdentify budget variances and proactively communicate financial risks and funding requirements.\nPartner with the Oracle Program Manager, Finance, and resource managers to forecast resource demand and resolve capacity constraints.\nSupport business cases, funding requests, and project financial reporting.\n4. Stakeholder & Executive Communication\nServe as the primary point of contact for assigned Oracle projects.\nBuild strong working relationships with IT leadership, business sponsors, functional owners, and external delivery partners.\nProvide clear, concise, and actionable project updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.\nTranslate complex technical issues into business-focused communications that support informed decision-making.\nFacilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive timely resolution of competing priorities.\nMaintain stakeholder alignment on project scope, timelines, deliverables, risks, and expected business outcomes.\n5. Oracle Functional & Technical Delivery Oversight\nCoordinate Oracle functional and technical teams supporting enterprise application initiatives.\nOversee integration dependencies between Oracle platforms and upstream/downstream enterprise systems.\nManage testing strategies and execution, including SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and business validation.\nCoordinate release management, cutover planning, deployment readiness, and production support transitions.\nEnsure appropriate business sign-offs, technical approvals, and operational readiness criteria are achieved before deployment.\nCollaborate with application support teams to ensure successful hypercare and knowledge transfer.\n6. Vendor & Implementation Partner Management\nManage delivery commitments and performance of external consulting firms, system integrators, and technology vendors.\nTrack SOW deliverables, milestones, resource commitments, and contractual dependencies.\nCoordinate vendor activities with ADT's internal technical and business teams.\nIdentify vendor delivery risks and implement corrective action plans.\nEnsure vendor deliverables meet contractual requirements, quality expectations, and approved timelines.\n7. Compliance, Controls & Audit Readiness\nPartner with Internal Audit, Finance, Accounting, and compliance teams to ensure project deliverables align with applicable SOX and internal-control requirements.\nIncorporate security, access management, change management, and audit requirements into project execution.\nMaintain appropriate documentation and evidence supporting approvals, testing, deployments, and control validation.\nSupport remediation efforts associated with control deficiencies, integration failures, and operational risks.\n8. PMO Standards & Continuous Improvement\nAdhere to established Oracle PMO methodologies, governance requirements, and reporting standards.\nMaintain accurate and timely project information in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Jira, and other approved enterprise tools.\nIdentify opportunities to improve delivery processes, reporting accuracy, resource utilization, and operational efficiency.\nSupport portfolio-level planning, prioritization, dependency management, and capacity assessments.\nMentor junior project managers and promote consistent project management practices across delivery teams.\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.\n8-12+ years of progressive project management experience, including at least 5 years managing Oracle enterprise application initiatives.\nDemonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional enterprise technology projects.\nStrong working knowledge of Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud applications, including ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, OIC, or OCI.\nProven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, vendor engagements, and resource allocations.\nExperience leading projects through the complete software development and implementation lifecycle.\nStrong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.\nDemonstrated experience with executive reporting, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and change control.\nExcellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and drive accountability in a matrixed enterprise environment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProject Management Professional (PMP) certification.\nCertified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.\nExperience supporting Oracle Cloud transformation or ERP modernization programs.\nExperience managing Oracle integrations, cloud migrations, financial systems, or revenue management initiatives.\nFamiliarity with Oracle Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).\nExperience working in SOX-regulated environments.\nProficiency with ServiceNow SPM, Jira, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise reporting tools.\nExperience managing third-party implementation partners such as KPMG, Deloitte, Accenture, Cognizant, or similar consulting organizations.\nExperience supporting large, publicly traded enterprises with complex technology landscapes.\nCore Competencies:\nEnterprise Project Leadership\nOracle Application Delivery\nStrategic Planning & Execution\nFinancial & Budget Management\nRisk, Issue & Dependency Management\nExecutive Communication\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nVendor & Contract Management\nResource & Capacity Planning\nChange Management\nCritical Thinking & Problem Resolution\nAccountability & Results Orientation\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):\nSuccess in this role will be measured by:\nProject Delivery: Achievement of approved milestones, timelines, scope, and quality objectives.\nFinancial Performance: Accurate forecasting and effective management of project expenditures against approved budgets.\nRisk Management: Timely identification, escalation, and resolution of project risks and issues.\nStakeholder Satisfaction: Effective communication, alignment, and business engagement throughout the project lifecycle.\nGovernance Compliance: Consistent adherence to PMO reporting standards, project controls, and documentation requirements.\nDeployment Readiness: Successful completion of testing, cutover activities, business sign-offs, and production transitions.\nOperational Stability: Effective hypercare management and successful transition to steady-state support.\nRole Expectations:\nThe Senior Oracle Project Manager is expected to operate with a high degree of independence, ownership, and accountability.\nThis individual must be capable of managing complex initiatives with minimal day-to-day supervision while maintaining transparency with the Oracle Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.
