The role acts as a key coordination point for asset-related data and interfaces, working closely with Reverse Logistics, Spare Parts Management, Service Business Management, and other cross-functional stakeholders.\nThe role combines master data management, data quality monitoring, analysis, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement to ensure reliable asset information across ERP and CRM systems.\nResponsibilities\nManage asset and entitlement master data, including new asset assignments and regular reviews of existing assignments.\nMaintain and update asset information in line with contract renewals and other relevant business changes.\nCollaborate closely with Spare Parts Managers to ensure asset data is accurate, complete, and suitable for spare-parts planning and depot dimensioning.\nMonitor asset-data interfaces between ERP and CRM systems, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate corrective actions.\nValidate system asset records against customer installed-base information and other relevant data sources.\nDevelop and provide regular and ad hoc reports and analyses to identify data-quality gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.\nProactively drive data quality and data integrity, identifying root causes of recurring issues and supporting sustainable improvements.\nRepresent Reverse Logistics in projects and initiatives related to asset management, master data, and system interfaces.\nWork with cross-functional and cross-site stakeholders to continuously improve asset-management processes and data governance.\nRequirements\nDegree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant professional experience.\nExperience in business administration, master data management, asset management, logistics, customer service, or a related operational environment.\nStrong analytical skills and confidence working with large data sets, reporting, and data-quality analysis.\nGood understanding of business processes and the ability to identify relationships between master data, systems, and operational outcomes.\nExperience with ERP and CRM systems; relevant hands-on experience is an advantage.\nStrong proficiency with standard office and reporting applications; advanced data analysis/reporting capabilities are an advantage.\nAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional and international environment.\nProactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and take ownership of topics.\nStrong communication and stakeholder-management skills.\nFluent written and spoken English.\nCompensation and Benefits\nStable employment conditions based on an employment contract (turnover rate below 4%)\n1 additional vacation day for all, and 1 extra after 10 years being with us \nFlexible working hours and possible hybrid work (presence in the office in Gdynia 3 days a week) \nEnglish lessons during working hours \nInternal training program to support your training needs \nPaid employee referral program \nMultisport Card \n3% employer contribution to PPK \nPrivate Health Care at Medicover (extended package for employees and possibility to enroll family members) \nStrong team-oriented and friendly work culture \nAccess to various sports activities and events \nModern office (well-equipped gym and playroom) close to the SKM/PKM stations","description_format":"text","description_chars":4152,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":null,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"bachelor","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[{"language":"English","level":"All levels","optional":false}]},"benefits":["Flexible schedule","Hybrid work","Sports activities"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"Poland","iso":"PL","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Telecommunications"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-23T14:40:15Z"}],"liveness":{"score":63,"band":"ok","label":"Likely open","p_open":1,"p_active":0.632,"p_room":1,"age_days":0,"expected_fill_days":145,"reasons":["conf:2","stale_co","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-09-24T05:45:00Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/adtran-customer-rma-and-asset-data-manager","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/adtran-customer-rma-and-asset-data-manager.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-09-24T09:37:08Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers"}}
