You will work closely with FPGA, software, system, and manufacturing teams in a highly collaborative international environment. responsibilities\nDesign hardware modules, subsystems and systems for synchronization products\nDevelop schematics and guide PCB layout (high-speed, mixed-signal, power)\nSelect and evaluate components (ICs, power devices, oscillators, interfaces)\nDesign high-speed interfaces (e.g., 10G/25G Ethernet) with signal integrity considerations\nContribute to hardware design specifications (HDS) and documentation\nSupport system-level integration (HW, FPGA, SW)\nDefine and execute validation and integration test plans\nDebug complex board and system-level issues (mixed-signal, high-speed)\nPerform lab bring-up, measurements, and performance characterization\nSupport product transfer to manufacturing (NPI)\nCollaborate with manufacturing and test teams for production readiness\nInvestigate and resolve issues during production and field operation\nEnsure product reliability, quality, and compliance with applicable standards\nFunctional Collaboration\nWork closely with FPGA, software, system, SIT/SVT and mechanical teams\nParticipate in design reviews and technical discussions\nInterface with suppliers and external partners as required\nEvaluate and introduce new technologies and components\nDrive improvements in performance, power efficiency, and cost\nContribute to system architecture discussions and design trade-offs\nRequirements:\nB.Sc. in Electrical Engineering\n5+ years of experience with hands-on hardware design.\nExperience with:Schematic design and PCB layout guidance\nHigh-speed digital and mixed-signal design\nPower design (DC/DC, PoE or similar)\nExperience in debugging hardware at board and system level\nFamiliarity with lab equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nSuccess
