This role is responsible for operating ICT equipment, maintaining production flow, supporting quality objectives, and ensuring products meet established manufacturing standards.\nThe ICT Operator works closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to identify defects, improve test processes, and support daily operational goals. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced electronics manufacturing environment and is committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.\nKey Responsibilities\nOperate In-Circuit Test (ICT) equipment to test and verify printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).\nFollow established work instructions, test procedures, and quality standards.\nAnalyze test failures and perform basic troubleshooting to identify potential defects.\nAccurately document test results, failure data, and production metrics.\nEscalate recurring product, process, or equipment issues to Engineering and Manufacturing leadership.\nEnsure tested products meet quality and performance requirements before advancing to the next operation.\nMonitor equipment performance and notify appropriate personnel of equipment malfunctions or downtime.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on first-pass yield, throughput, and quality.\nAssist with root cause investigations related to test failures and manufacturing defects.\nMaintain accurate production records and inventory transactions within SAP and other manufacturing systems.\nAdhere to all ESD, safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.\nMaintain an organized and clean work area consistent with 5S principles.\nSupport cross-training initiatives and assist in training new team members as required.\nDemonstrate flexibility in supporting changing production requirements and schedules.\nMaintain prompt and regular attendance to ensure efficient workflow and operational success.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or GED required.\nTechnical certification in Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.\nExperience\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment preferred.\nPrevious experience operating ICT, functional test, or automated manufacturing test equipment preferred.\nExperience with printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nUnderstanding of electronic components and printed circuit board assemblies.\nAbility to read and follow manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and test procedures.\nBasic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.\nKnowledge of ESD control procedures and safe handling practices.\nFamiliarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and manufacturing quality systems preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.\nAbility to effectively communicate with operators, technicians, engineers, and supervisors.\nAbility to prioritize work and function effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.\nAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 35 pounds on an occasional basis.\nFrequent use of hands for operating equipment and handling electronic assemblies.\nAbility to work in an electronics manufacturing environment while adhering to ESD requirements.\nTravel\nNo travel is anticipated for this
