This position\noversees standard costing, inventory valuation, manufacturing cost analysis, reserves\nmanagement, and financial close activities while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP, SOX\nrequirements, and company policies.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory and cost accounting close processes.\nMaintain and enhance standard cost systems.\nAnalyze manufacturing, labor, purchase price, and overhead variances.\nOversee inventory valuation, reserve calculations, cycle count adjustments, and warranty\naccruals.\nPartner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, and Operations teams.\nPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet analyses.\nSupport forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning activities.\nDevelop executive reporting related to margins, inventory metrics, and manufacturing\nperformance.\nSupport audits and ensure SOX compliance.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives and cost accounting staff.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.\nMinimum 5 years of progressive accounting or finance experience in manufacturing.\nStrong knowledge of standard costing, inventory accounting, manufacturing operations, and U.S.\nGAAP.\nExperience supporting complex manufacturing operations and global supply chains.\nERP proficiency and advanced Excel skills.\nStrong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nCPA and/or CMA certification.\nExperience in telecommunications, electronics manufacturing, or technology hardware industries.\nExperience with global manufacturing operations and multi-site inventory management.\nKnowledge of SOX compliance and process automation.\nPrior
