This role serves as a key resource on the production floor, working closely with Operations Supervisors and team members to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, maintain quality standards, and support a safe and productive work environment.\nThe Operations Lead will spend the majority of their time on the manufacturing floor coordinating workflow, prioritizing resources, monitoring production performance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This position plays a critical role in achieving throughput, quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction objectives.\nKey Responsibilities\nPartner closely with Operations Supervisors to execute daily production priorities and business objectives.\nPrioritize work assignments and allocate resources to ensure efficient processing of production work orders.\nProvide day-to-day leadership, direction, and motivation for production team members.\nSupport departmental goals by improving throughput, reducing defects, and enhancing operational efficiency.\nMonitor manufacturing performance metrics including cycle times, line utilization, productivity, and overall equipment effectiveness.\nAssess equipment downtime events, determine root causes, and coordinate corrective actions.\nEscalate employee performance concerns to Operations Supervisors and Managers as appropriate.\nEnsure quality and quantity objectives are consistently achieved throughout the manufacturing process.\nTrain production employees and provide ongoing coaching and on-the-job guidance.\nPromote and implement self-directed work principles to achieve productivity and quality goals.\nFoster a culture of safety by ensuring compliance with company policies and safe operating procedures.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions that enhance productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.\nMaintain accurate production records and support operational reporting requirements.\nDemonstrate punctuality and regular attendance to support departmental workflow and production commitments.\nPerform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent required.\nExperience\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in an electronics manufacturing environment required.\nPrevious experience in a manufacturing leadership, lead, or supervisory capacity preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nWorking knowledge of electronic manufacturing processes and production operations.\nIntermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.\nExperience utilizing SAP or similar ERP systems.\nKnowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodologies and reporting.\nFamiliarity with manufacturing test processes and automated inventory systems.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to effectively coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.\nAbility to train and mentor manufacturing personnel.\nAbility to safely operate a manual pallet jack on a regular basis.\nPhysical & Work Environment Requirements\nAbility to work in a manufacturing production environment for extended periods.\nFrequent standing, walking, and movement throughout the production floor.\nAbility to safely lift, move, and handle materials consistent with manufacturing operations.\nAbility to operate material handling equipment, including manual pallet
