In this role, you will work closely with employees, HR, Finance, and external payroll providers to ensure payroll is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with local requirements.\nThis is a Operations\nCoordinate and support payroll processing across multiple countries and legal entities.\nPartner with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.\nReview and validate payroll inputs, employee transactions, and payroll outputs.\nInvestigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.\nHelp continuously improve the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processes.\nPayroll Accounting\nSupport payroll journal entries and accruals.\nPerform payroll-related account reconciliations.\nReview payroll liabilities and funding activities.\nSupport month-end and year-end closing activities.\nPartner with Finance to ensure payroll transactions are accurately reflected in financial records.\nReporting & Analysis\nPrepare recurring payroll reports and analysis.\nInvestigate payroll variances, trends, and unusual transactions.\nSupport payroll-related financial reporting and ad hoc requests.\nHelp turn payroll data into clear and meaningful insights.\nCompliance & Controls\nSupport compliance with applicable local tax, labor, social security, and statutory requirements.\nMaintain strong payroll controls in line with internal policies and SOX requirements.\nSupport internal and external payroll audits.\nAssist with payroll tax reporting and year-end activities.\nMaintain accurate and well-organized payroll documentation.\nWhat you bring\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.\n2-5 years of experience in payroll, accounting, finance, or a related field.\nExperience with account reconciliations and financial or payroll reporting.\nStrong Excel skills and confidence working with data.\nStrong attention to detail with a structured and solution-oriented approach.\nAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.\nNice to have\nExperience with global or multi-country payroll operations.\nExposure to payroll accounting and financial close activities.\n CPP
