This is a learning role: you start with well-defined tasks under close mentorship, take on more responsibility as you grow, and build up your embedded and low-level software expertise.\nWhat You Will Do\nBootloader development support: Help the bootloader engineers develop, test and debug bootloader software for our telecom systems.\nCoding: Implement smaller features and bug fixes in C under the guidance of principal engineers.\nLab work and bring-up: Work with hardware prototypes: flash images, support board bring-up, collect logs and reproduce issues.\nTesting: Help write and run unit and integration tests.\n NPI support: Support the product's function test for New Product Introduction (NPI).\nDocumentation: Help prepare and update technical documentation.\nWhat We Expect\nEducation: 3rd-year student of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, Automation and Robotics, or a related field.\nAvailability: At least 20 hours per week in our Gdynia office\nC programming: Good knowledge of C. with the Linu\nLinux basics: Basic experience x command line and bash.\nDevelopment tools: Familiarity with gcc and git, from university or your own projects.\nEmbedded mindset: Interest in embedded systems and low-level software.\nEnglish: Good enough to read technical documentation and talk with colleagues in English.\nNice to Have\nEmbedded experience: Experience with microcontrollers or embedded boards.\n Computer architecture: Basic understanding of the boot process, memory and peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C).\n Lab skills: Experience with measuring instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, logic analyzer).\nHardware basics: Basic hardware understanding and the ability to read schematics.\nScripting and build tools: Basic understanding of Python and GNU Make.\nWhat We Offer\nLong-term paid internship -
