You will work closely with Engineering, IT, Commercial teams, leadership, and third-party vendors to build a scalable, automated, and self-service operating model that supports the next generation of Network APIs.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the product direction of Aduna's Business Support Systems, including customer and CSP onboarding, product catalog management, ordering, usage collection, billing inputs, and reconciliation.\nDrive the transition from manual and high-touch operational processes toward scalable self-service experiences.\nOwn the roadmap and evolution of Telco Finder, Aduna's routing intelligence capability that connects customer requests with the appropriate operator.\nDefine and improve ASP Registration journeys, ensuring seamless onboarding and enablement experiences for customers and CSPs.\nOwn product direction for platform monitoring, operational visibility, and reporting capabilities.\nDefine and evolve internal and external platform dashboards, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable insights.\nLead product development for emerging operational capabilities such as consent management, compliance tooling, audit functions, and performance management.\nTranslate business and operational needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.\nPartner with Engineering, IT, Commercial, and Program Management teams to drive execution and remove blockers.\nAct as Aduna's product counterpart for third-party platform vendors, ensuring solutions align with Aduna's operating model and business objectives.\nSupport organizational change initiatives as Aduna continues its journey toward increased automation and scalability.\nExperience, Knowledge and Skills Required\nProven Product Management experience owning platform, infrastructure, operations, or enterprise software products.\nStrong technical fluency and the ability to work effectively with engineering teams and external technology vendors.\nExperience defining requirements and managing products delivered through third-party platforms or vendors.\nAbility to operate across multiple domains and maintain a strategic view across interconnected systems.\nStrong understanding of product lifecycle management, systems integration, and operational workflows.\nExceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive cross-functional initiatives.\nExperience leading change and influencing teams across organizational boundaries.\nAbility to work independently and thrive in a highly visible role with broad responsibility.\nNice to Have\nExperience in telecommunications, platform operations, or Business Support Systems (BSS).\nFamiliarity with multi-tenant platform operating models.\nKnowledge of TM Forum standards, including TMF631, TMF632, and TMF936.\nExperience building operational dashboards and performance reporting frameworks.\nUnderstanding of API
