You will turn complex technical capabilities into compelling market narratives, practical enablement materials, and clear customer value propositions.\nYour expertise will provide the foundation for the content, enablement, and awareness activities created by the wider team. You will also support selected customer conversations as a trusted subject-matter expert, helping position Aduna’s APIs around the customer’s business problem rather than the technical specification.\nWhat You’ll Be Focused On\nOwn Network API use cases end-to-end: Take responsibility for one or two use-case families, covering technical depth, competitive positioning, customer value, and the “why now” narrative.\n\nBuild compelling market narratives: Translate complex Network API capabilities into clear business outcomes, commercial value propositions, and ROI-focused messaging.\n\nProvide subject-matter expertise: Establish yourself as a trusted authority in areas such as fraud prevention, identity, authentication, verification, KYC, or location-based services.\n\nTransfer knowledge across the team: Mentor and buddy-pair with Content & Enablement Specialists, sharing expertise and helping the wider team produce accurate and impactful materials.\n\nPartner with Developer Advocate: Work closely with the Developer Advocate to ensure the technical accuracy and relevance of public-facing developer content.\n\nSupport vertical value creation: Help translate technical capabilities into industry-specific value propositions and ROI narratives for priority verticals.\n\nSupport strategic customer conversations: Join selected customer discussions as “Expert Sales” support, reframing Aduna’s APIs around the customer’s challenges and desired outcomes rather than focusing only on technical specifications.\n\nWhat You Bring\n6+ years of relevant experience in technical product marketing, solutions engineering, specialist pre-sales, product strategy, or a related customer-facing technical role.\n\nDemonstrated expertise in at least one of the following areas:\nFraud prevention\nIdentity and authentication\nNumber verification\nKYC and identity matching\nLocation-based services\nTelecom or Network APIs\n\nStrong ability to translate technical capabilities into commercial narratives, customer value propositions, and measurable ROI.\n\nExperience communicating complex topics to both technical and executive audiences.\n\nConfidence working directly with customers, partners, product teams, and commercial stakeholders.\n\nThe ability to operate effectively as a senior individual contributor without direct people-management responsibilities.\n\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nExperience working across functions, cultures, and time zones in a global environment.\n\nWhat Will
